We are moving and grooving this summer with a full schedule and we need QUICK and EASY when it comes to dinner! I, however am not willing to feed my kids fast food JUNK just to save time. I want them to have healthy and flavorful! Fast Fixin recently reached out to me about trying their chicken nuggets and I was happy to reply back with a big huge YES! I don’t like to microwave meat….never have. My kids don’t like soggy meat either! This is where I LOVE my toaster oven! I was able to pop Fast Fixin Chicken Nuggets on the oven tray and cook them for around 10 minutes. They came out crispy and hot! My kids love the flavor of these nuggets and I love that they are ALL WHITE MEAT! They also have less fat then other brands…which makes mama happy too!
I am considering making my hubby a salad and topping it with them for quick and easy protein. He has to have meat on his salad and it would be so simple! Feed the whole family! 🙂 These chicken nuggets run about $4.99 for a nice sized bag. I bought them at Kroger, but I have also seen them at Walmart and HEB, too.

I do microwave Chicken nuggets on occasion when I am rushed on time, but I prefer cooking them in the oven with some fries. Makes them nice and crispy.

My kids love them crispy from the oven with Mac and cheese, but I like them cut into bite size on a nice salad.
I would bake them and then chop them and mix with buttered pasta and serve with cheese and sauce!

I would use them in a kid friendly version of chicken, cheese and rice.
Trying to eat healthier, but don’t want to give up everything I love. I would cut these in half and put them on top of my salad.
