I must admit that before this fun date night, I associated the Lincoln with two things… a trip to the airport or a car for well to do older people. Almost every ride I have taken via a limo service was in a Lincoln Town car. And my grandparents always owned a Lincoln. So there you have it!
I had no clue that they made a car for people just like me! Busy moms, fun wives, everyday gals! I got to test drive the MKZ for a whole weekend and boy oh boy did we have some fun in it! My kids loved it, as well as my husband and I. We all had different features that we loved about it!
My kids loved the rear air vents…as our Ford Fusion does not have these! My hubby had several features that he loved as well. One that he couldn’t stop talking about was the touch screens. Everything was touch screen…seriously! Even to turn up the radio or turn down the air…you swipe your finger!
I had several things I loved about the Lincoln MKZ as well. I loved the remote start! It was so nice to have a cool car to hop into…instead of waiting with the doors open for it to cool off. I also loved that air conditioned seats! I’m not sure how EVERY car in Texas doesn’t have those! And I thought the remote trunk shut was an awesome feature as well. I have never seen that before and it came in handy with all of my grocery bags weighing me down!
Overall, I felt that this car was a great fit for my family of five. It had great space, was easy to navigate, and more then met our needs/wants! The luxury spoiled us and we had a hard time giving it back!
For our date night, we choose to do dinner, a movie, and a dessert! We loaded up our kids to drop them off…and loved how they all fit in so nicely! The seat belts in the back are inflatable…so in the event that airbags are deployed, they seatbelt would puff up too protecting my little ones!
