Okay, I will admit it. My kids are spoiled! We have several Apple products, including two i Pads that they use. (I didn’t purchase either, one was given as a gift and I won the other one!) My kids love to play on them. I however, do not like to pay for junk time consuming apps. I want their time on technology to be educational if possible.
We have “technology sticks” in our home. Each kid gets 5 per week. They are worth 1 hour each. They can choose to use them on the i Pads or TV. Since getting the Cypher cards and app, they have used 4 out of 5 playing on the i Pads. The Cypher cards/app come in three different sets. Choose between Animals, Numbers, or Letters.
We quickly downloaded the apps and broke open the cards. My oldest, who is 7, knew right away that she needed to “scan” the cards to activate the fun. Oh was she in for a surprise….she didn’t just get the name and picture of an animal…she got a 3D interactive photo of one! I am not sure that a photo could do this justice…so I am attempting to shoot a video of how it works! SOO cool! Cypher Entertainment takes learning to a whole new level and makes is so fun for kids to learn. They love playing with this app and the Learning Cards.
I hope the video helps you to understand how cool this is! As a mom, I love how educational it is. My kids LOVE them and so do I! :)I honestly wish every school could have a few sets of them for the kids to use and learn from. I love the Augmented Reality that Cypher Kids can enjoy. You can purchase them at Target. Don’t have a Target near by? You can get them online at Target.com as well!

I love that app!! Girls are getting tablets for Christmas, so I am definitely picking this up. Thanks!
Okay I love the technology stick idea, I may implement this in the new year. Thanks for sharing that along with your Cypher experience!
