My girls LOVE to dance and were SO excited to get the Just Dance 4 Wii game to check out! The songs are all new relevent songs and I think the game play is a ton better. I am not sure if Wii has gotten better about sensitivity but I felt like it read our moves better then our past Wii games.
We have found that dancing is a great stress reliever for my husband and myself and my kids don’t realize how much exercise they get from the dancing. So it’s double bonus for us! Once we got the Just Dance 4, we started pumping it up with our girls as a “dance off” and my 7 yr old got extra excited about it.

You can see my 7 yr old loves to get down and dance and she’s good too! My hubby is the over all dance king in our house and beats everyone, but she is a close 2nd. If you are looking to have fun, then check out Just Dance 4, if you are looking for a good work out…you must buy Just Dance 4 for your Wii! I love that the Just Dance 4 version has two play options: Just Dance or Just Sweat. The Just Sweat is more a workout! On the Just Sweat mode, you can choose how long you want to work out, 10, 25, or 45 minutes. It will play songs non stop! I love this! I personally do Zumba at the gym and love that this like it in that you get back to back movement (which is great for the heart!) You get a nice warm up before you get moving too fast! On days I can not make it to the gym…this is my new work out! LOVE IT!
