I am a frugal gal…I try to use coupons on EVERYthing I buy. Pedicures, haircuts, rental cars, and even gas! Yes you heard me right…gas! With the prices as high as they are, I try to save as often as I can, and as much as I can. MurphyUSA is the only gas station that I know that offers gas coupons! They are very connected socially on the web and have joined the HOT offers on Foursquare. Currently they are offering a FREE pack of gum and/or $2 off a $20 gas purchase. WOW! At $3.84/gal (which was the cheapest in our area), who isn’t going to get a minimum of $20? Think of it this way, you can now get that soda and snack and still just spend $20, when you use your Foursquare coupon! So how do you get your $2 off? Here is how:
1.) Download the Foursquare App on your smartphone
2.) Open the app when you are at MurphyUSA
3.) Check in on the app at MurphyUSA, and the specials will pop up
4.) Go inside to pay for gas and grab snacks…show the code to the cashier and that’s it!
Super easy, huh? I love Foursquare and check in to get freebies all of the time! Chili’s offers free chips and salsa when you check in! Start using it and you won’t be sorry that you did!
