Have you ever watched someone succeed at something that you have struggled with? It can be super frustrating. Let me suggest finding out the key to success and trying that out! My two favorite breakfast items are: Pancakes and Omelets
The pancakes were very quick and easy! I topped them with fresh cut strawberrys. My kids begged for them. I enjoyed knowing that they were pre portioned for me and they tasted like they were fresh off of the griddle!
I also loved the Veggie Omelet. Sometimes when you freeze veggies, they are soggy and mushy upon reheating. These were not. I felt that they had tons of flavor and it was actually almost too big of a breakfast for me. The eggs were very tasty and I felt overall, it was probably one of the higher protein breakfasts that I was given.
Here is one simple tip that can help you as you seek to reach a weight loss goal. Use a smaller plate. You will “fill it up” and feel like you got more. I’ll have more small tips for you as I continue this four part series of the Nutri System 10 day challenge and food review.
