I have several friends who are Gluten FREE and need dining options that are affordable. I was introduced to Modmarket a few weeks ago and wanted to tell you about it incase you find yourself in the GF boat too!
Modmarket seeks to create food that tastes great, is made from scratch using simple, farm-fresh, whole ingredients, and is affordable enough to enjoy every day. They do a great job of this! Their menu includes: farm-fresh salads, pizzas made with whole grain dough topped with hand crushed, organic tomatoes, scratch made soups, toasted sandwiches, classic homestyle plates, and breakfast entrees made with cage-free eggs and all-natural nitrate-free breakfast meats.
They have many gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options, and they break down the nutritional content of meals on each receipt.
How awesome is that?
