I LOVE these cookies! These are a hit with kids as well! My girls love them and think they are just chocolate chip M&M cookies. I love that they have oatmeal in them! Very filling!MONSTER COOKIES – yields 24 cookies
1 egg
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. corn syrup
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 Tablespoons and 2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a very large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients in order, mixing well. Use an ice cream scoop to put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
