One of my new favorite kitchen items is the Instant Pot! I heard a few people talk about theirs before I researched it. With softball season in the near future, I knew I needed this magical kitchen appliance. I ordered one on Black Friday and it came a few days later! I was nervous to try it out.
An Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker. Mine has 7 different functions. I mostly use it on manual! I LOVE it! I had to tell my BFF, sister, mom, etc about it! They all have one now too! We share recipes back and forth! It’s truly life changing! I am totally that mom who goes about my day and around 4 starts to panic thinking about dinner. During softball season, we eat out a ton because I don’t have time to cook anything before flying out the door!
The Instant pot has changed all of this for me! I now know that I can cook frozen chicken breasts in 10 minutes… no more running thru a drive thru! For little man’s b-day I made BBQ Pulled Pork in it. 2.5 lb pork w/BBQ sauce for 2 hours and it was falling to pieces! SOO easy! I have made a ton of things in it already and will blog some of my favorites this year! Boiled eggs in 5 minutes! They are perfect too! The best part is that I can walk away and they cook without me having to make sure the pot doesn’t boil over! This is definitely worth the money! It will save you so much time in the kitchen!
