Some day…probably 40-50 years from now, I hope my hubby gets to retire! I want to see the world. That’s not actually true. I want to see sunsets at different parts of the world. There is something that is incredibly moving about the beauty of a sunset! I want to pack a suitcase and hit the open road! For hubby and I to do this, we will need a few things:
1.) Ability to fly by the seat of our pants…and retirement should allow us to do that!
2.) Some travel points for hotels! Hubby travels a lot now and we use his rewards to help our budget. If we don’t have a ton of rewards to use, then hopefully a savings account that’s nice and stocked!
3.) Friends around the country to meet up with. We are working on this! We currently have great friends in the West, North, Mid-west, and South. Travel is always more fun when you can feel a taste of home with friends.
4.) A nice camera to capture the memories…and the sunsets! Hopefully by then, the camera will back up the photos on a cloud without me having to actually upload them somewhere.
5.) A reliable car that can take us anywhere! We have talked about a Mini as they would be the right size for the two of us! Patrick Mini has convertible ones that look awesome! That would be a fun way to watch the sunset!
