I noticed a few weeks ago that my 11 yr old is starting to have break outs on her face. She’s at the fun age where things pop up over night. She isn’t great at leaving them alone and they become bigger areas (sometimes sores) from her picking. I decided that it was time to help her get into a routine that would help protect her beautiful skin and take care of those breakouts.

Off to Walmart we went to pick out something that would be perfect for her. We found a whole isle of skin care products in the beauty/cosmetics section. There are SO many choices and I needed something that would be simple and quick for her. She plays sports and gets pretty sweaty, so I wanted something that would be great for a “rookie” and wouldn’t be too complicated. We found AcneFree and knew it was a great option. The packaging was easy to read and I loved the #1, #2, and #3 on the bottles! Exactly what I was thinking for her!

We bought her the AcneFree Daily Skin Therapy Line:
1. Daily Skin Therapy Acne Wash (It removes dirt and oil deep down to the pores and purifies the skin to help prevent breakouts)
2. Daily Skin Therapy Pads (The soothing menthol leaves your face feeling refreshed and clean.)
3. Daily Skin Therapy Complexion Perfecting Cream (Added skin conditioners and humectants help keep the skin moisturized.)

This is for daily use, and we also picked up the AcneFree Sonic Advanced Cleaning Duo to use twice a week. (She doesn’t know it, but she WILL be sharing this one with mama… for those crazy breakouts that appear once a month!) This skincare lines smells really good too! Bonus!
She created this video showing you her daily routine. She is a visual learner, so we also wrote on the bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker.
What is your Tweens daily skin care routine?

(thankfully, I no longer have to see Chloe pointing to spots on her face, feeling grossed out!)
