Massage Envy is top notch! When I went in for a massage I filled out paperwork telling what my medical history was and areas I wanted special attention or avoided! I choose deep tissue massage! Once in the room, I got relaxed and enjoyed the hour. I have no clue why but the hour goes by so quickly! My therapist listened well and was very attentive to my trouble areas. He gave me tips on how to keep my muscles from getting in knots again.
