With the New Year, most of my friends have kicked up with fitness routines a bit! I love a good challenge and am always looking for ways to stay motivated! To be honest, January is pretty easy for me as I have an army of friends who are also excited about getting fit…it’s February and beyond that I struggle so much. This year, I am determined to do something different.
I have been logging in to FitStudio and I LOVE it! Specifically I love the daily workout challenges. It’s something different every day! I also love that you can participate in the #Achieve15 challenge and earn $5 in Shop your Way rewards (to spend at Sears) for burning 1500 calories or walking/running 15 miles in 2015! That’s a quick and easy reward to earn! I normally walk between 4 and 5 miles a day, so in less then a week I have earned $5! Getting rewarded for working out is awesome, and it keeps me motivated to keep moving.

So get moving and your daily workout challenges will help you to #Achieve15 and earn FREE stuff! One way I am moving this year is running 5K’s. I am trying to do at least one or so a month. Next month I have 2 and in March I have 2 as well! It’s so good for my body! I have been running with a friend, my hubby or my daughter. It’s great accountability! I try to have something booked for the next month before it arrives. And if you are new to running, no worries, most 5K’s allow for run/walk/jogging… so no need to be super fast! (Make sure you log your runs in FitStudio to get your rewards!)
