As you know, I love to post about fun 5K’s in the DFW area! There is another one that will be a lot of fun and it’s a night time run! The Firefly 5K will be in Plano on March 28th! I am planning to run in this one with my hubby! We are going to make a date night out of it, with dinner before!
The Firefly 5K is awesome for multiple reasons, but I think it’s extra special because it benefits Children’s Medical Center. (We love Children’s as they fixed my daughter right up when she broke her arm!) Pay it forward and run for fun at the Firefly 5K.
What you need to know about this specific run: It’s gonna be fun, dress for the weather (and wear your fun shirt that you get when you register!) and throw on some fun glow accessories since it’s a night time run…and last hang out afterwards for more fun!
