I love baking and I love Disney! So what is more fun then baking up some Disney fun? I made these adorable (and might I add SUPER EASY) cupcakes today! Here is how I made them!
To make these adorable cupcakes, you will need the following ingredients: Cake Mix, Icing Mix, Oreos
Simply remove the filling from the Oreos and put in a bowl for future use. Then put Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and use rolling pin to smash them into a very fine crumb. Take Oreo filling and add a tiny bit of milk to make a creamy filling. Mix and make cupcakes as directed on the box. Allow them to fully cool.
Next you will take a wide straw and poke a hole in the cooled cupcakes. Squeeze creamy filling into each cupcake. Proceed to ice each cupcake with a thin layer of chocolate icing. Turn iced cupcakes over into the Oreo crumbs to fully coat top.
Use the mini Oreos for the ears. Poke half of a tooth pick into the Oreo and then place into the cupcake as ears. SO simple!
