I talk about my Fitbit a lot as I have found that it’s motivated me in a way that that I never expected! I am competitive and I love winning… I mean who doesn’t! Losing weight is not always easy and I need a social game to help keep me motivated. My Fitbit One has done that for me. I have over 80 friends that I keep up with and it’s motivated me to keep moving.
If you have a fitness junkie on your Christmas list this year, and they do not currently have a Fitbit, then it’s the PERFECT gift for them! There are a few different models and I’ve tried them all.
