I was challenged to take the Not Baby Food Challenge and I gotta say, I was very surprised. I fed my kids jarred baby food and felt guilty watching them make horrible faces as they choked it down. I must admit that I did not taste stuff before giving it to them. The smell was horrible and I didn’t want to put that stuff in my mouth… well fast forward 6 years and now I am very conscious at what my kids are putting into their mouths. I want them to have whole foods and to make healthy choices.
This is why I took the Not Baby Food Challenge. I wanted to try the 100% Fruits or Veggies and see if they taste good! The veggies I tasted, then mixed into smoothies for my kids (and they never noticed!) The apples I ate in one setting! Don’t judge, it was GOOD!
