This smoothie is a little different then the others. I do not use milk in this one. You can if you want to add a creamier taste to it but it does not need the liquid added. Here is how to make this super nutritious Grapefruit Goodness smoothie recipe.
- Hand full of spinach
- 2 frozen strawberries (for sweetness)
- 1 large Grapefruit (juiced)
Simply juice the grapefruit and add to smoothie cup, add spinach and two frozen strawberries and blend. I added a few cubes of ice to this one and love this one on a hot summer day. It’s very refreshing and there are tons of great benefits to the grapefruit juice.
