Can I just say that I am ADDICTED to my fitbit! It has really helped (re)motivate me to push myself in and out of the gym. It’s been a lot of fun to challenge friends and push myself! I didn’t think I was a “numbers” gal but seeing the numbers (steps) increase as I work out and push myself. I started at 10,000 steps a day and that was not easy…then I pushed myself to 12,000! Now I push to get 12, and anything over it is a bonus. Another week or two and I might up that goal to 13,000!
If you are looking for a fun, and inexpensive way to challenge yourself, then go check out the fitbit! They have an app that makes it easy for you to see where you are for the day, as well as where your friends are! LOVE IT!



I just got my fitbit one, and I’ve been using it for a few days now. I’ve noticed that on a great day I get in about 7,000 steps, but on average just 5,000. I thought that I was getting in WAY more than that. Now its time to up the ante and get in 10,000 steps! =)
