It’s crazy strange (cold) weather here in Texas today. It’s in the 70’s and overcast. This is very odd, but welcomed weather! None the less, we are staying inside and are goofing off today! I had made brownies for a small group get together tonight and then we canceled because not many could make it. Hubby and I are trying REALLY hard to be good and not consume extra calories, so I needed to do something with the brownies that I had made for small group last night!
So this is what I did:
I layered a Brownie, then a Marshmallow…melted it in microwave for 30 seconds, then topped with another Brownie…and last but not least…strawberries. I am sure that I am not the first person to make this, but it all sounded so yummy and it made my kids happy!
I love making memories and I LOVE LOVE LOVE to bake…so this was the best of both worlds!
