Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
2 cups sugar
stick of butter (1/2 cup)
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
bring all the above to a rolling boil and then boil for 2 complete minutes stirring constantly
remove from heat
add in the following, stirring until smooth, then drop onto cookie paper
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups minute oatmeal
makes a couple dozen depending on how big you drop them
***if you dont bring it to a rolling boil long enough you can put it in jar and use for ice cream topping
***if you go beyond two minutes the cookies will be dry instead of shiney and creamy
