We ran out of dishwasher detergent and my hubby thought he had come up with the best solution…Dawn! He sure did…he filled up the dishwasher with Dawn…and turned it on! ARGH! A few minutes into the cycle, he told me what he did…and I was luckily able to stop the cycle and clean it out! WOW! That was CRAZY! My hubby wouldn’t do this…no not my hubby! There are so many more stories to tell on him…lol…hope they make you laugh!

My husband used to work in appliance repair. If this were to ever happen again *gasp!*, a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil in the dishwasher breaks up the soap and keeps it from foaming all over the kitchen.
I’ve done that before! The suds it creates is amazing! LOL
