If you have a little one who wants to learn to sew, then you will want to check out Sew Fun Studio in Frisco! One of my girl friends sent her daughter to Sewing camp there last week and she had a blast.
At “Sew a Friend Camp” they got to make a different stuff animal each day! For example, on Monday they made a snake, Tuesday they made an owl, Wednesday they made a penguin, Thursday they made a bunny and finally Friday they made a pillow. Every day they used new fabric, or if they wanted they got to use the same fabric as the other days. They used real sewing machines and had every tool with lots of designs to sew. The teacher printed out a copy (pattern) from the internet of the stuffed animal and then they cut it and started sewing the fabric which was traced with the paper. The teacher was very nice and helpful to all of the students!
