Father’s Day is this weekend and we love finding ways to spoil “Dad!” With Walmart Best Plans we will do that this year! We normally make the whole day about him. We bring him breakfast in bed, along with tons of notes and drawings we have made for him. Then we treat him to his favorite sandwich for lunch, followed by whatever family fun he wants to have for the afternoon, and then dinner out at his favorite restaurant.
We keep it simple, yet all about him. He works so hard and this year we are focusing our gifts to him on things that really show him that we love and respect that he works so hard to take care of us. We are giving him the gift of savings. Our oldest is in a ton of camps this summer and we need a way to communicate with her about who is coming to pick her up each day.
We chose an Alcatel One Touch Pop Astro from Walmart with the Walmart Family Mobile plan. We shopped around for the best phone and plan that would not be pricey, but would get the job done. This phone is less then $70! The Alcatel One Touch Pop Astro is a touch screen that allows my daughter to easily access to call or text us. It is a really nice phone and is Android based. She can easily navigate around on it. It’s great for the budget and less then most plans (per month) with NO CONTRACT!
I love how you can get everything you need at Walmart! We were able to buy the phone and activation kit. It was activated in minutes. (I did it myself at home!) Super easy! Walmart offers a lot of phone options and this Walmart Family Mobile service is only $29.88/month (for the first line) Unlimited Talk, Text & Data service plan which includes up to 1G of 4G LTE data. That’s exactly what she needs! She loves it because she has a way to reach us, I love it because it has no contract and best of all Dad loves it because it saves him money!
