My family was invited to come and check out PDQ, a new restaurant in Frisco. We love chicken, salad and sandwiches and were excited to see what this fun restaurant was all about.
Located at 4585 Preston Road in Frisco, this yummy quick service restaurant makes everything fresh and personalized to your preferences. We got to take a quick tour and it was really fun for my girls to see. There are several different levels of employees and it’s easy to know who does what based on what they are wearing! I loved hearing their system and how they keep their customers happy. For instance, the manager is the last person to touch your order before you get it! They do this so that your order is carefully looked over for perfection.
During the tour we got to see where salad is prepped, fries are cut, shakes are made. Their menu is simple, and full of yummy food! It was very interesting! I love that when you walk in you can see everyone that is working. It’s very open. The building is a two story building but of course everything is one level. If you choose to order via drive thru, then you will place your order with an actual person! It takes about 3 minutes from the time the order is placed to the time the order is delivered. That is quick! While in the drive thru line you can watch them cut the fresh potatoes into french fries. (My girls gave it a try and couldn’t do it!) I love that the sauces are made fresh daily as well. Nothing is prepacked and shipped in.
They have several gluten free options on their menu. And when you go in, please make sure you try their apples with the dip! It’s one of my favorite things on their menu…a close 2nd to their yummy ranch dressing!
This restaurant is full of fun features! Your littles can watch their hands without having to go into a bathroom by themselves!
You can use the super techy soda machines to create a million and one flavors (okay, not that many, but a TON!), and you can play corn hole outside! My girls love the fun atmosphere and I love the fresh quality of their food!
