Grilling for Guests this Holiday Season

With Christmas just a few weeks away and New Years following, it’s nice to have a few hearty meals in my freezer, ready to go! Not leftovers that I froze, but instead yummy Omaha Steaks and other fabulous sides! I was recently sent the The Holiday Helper (which comes with 4 – 4 oz. Top Sirloins, 2 trays of Green Beans, 4 – Stuffed Baked Potatoes, & 4 – Caramel Apple Tartlets)! This would make a complete meal for four and I was able to store it all in my freezer until I was ready to cook it! I love that you do not have to thaw most of it before cooking it! Straight from the freezer to the oven! Super easy!

Omaha Steaks Top Sirloins are cut to a great portion size! They are thick enough to hold the yummy flavor and juices in while grilling, but not so thick that I couldn’t easily cut thru them. You can see how moist they are with these photos! They are great reheated as well… as if you would even have any leftovers. I like that the fat is already trimmed off and I don’t have to worry about cutting before enjoying!

While the steaks were on the grill, I popped the savory Green Beans and yummy Stuffed backed Potatoes into the oven. I love that both come easy to bake. The green beans I was able to pop right in to the oven in the container that they came in. Each container has servings for two.

The potatoes, I put on a cookie sheet lined with foil for easy clean up. The potatoes are so fresh and full of flavor. You can eat every bit of it…including the skins! I could have made a meal from those alone! The portions are very generous! No need to add any flavoring on these buys, they are bursting with flavor.

After indulging in such a yummy meal, we waited for a bit to put the yummy Caramel Apple Tartlets in the oven.  I knew that once I popped them in, I would not be able to resist eating one. They cook to perfection and are the perfect sized portion. Although I could have added ice cream as a complimentary side, I choose to enjoy the warm creamy caramel apple tartlet with out it.
