I have a love hate relationship with Halloween! I love the fun it brings for my family and that my kids enjoy going door to door for yummy candy! I do allow myself at least one Reeses and one pack of Whoppers before I pop a piece of sugar free gum in to keep my mouth occupied.
This year after we get back from trick or treating ourselves, we are going to have a little Fit Fun with our guests. Here is how we are going to do it:
5 Sit ups for every Anna or Elsa that comes to our door
5 push ups for every Super Hero or Ninja Turtle
5 jumping jacks for every animal
5 burpees for every witch or ghost
5 mountain climbers for scary costumed kiddo
5 supermans for every thing else (these are where you lay on stomach and pick up arms and legs contracting your back muscles…)
I am hoping that we will enjoy the fun of the work out! I love not knowing what we will have coming and that makes the work out more fun! (You can click on the picture above and print it for a cheat sheet!)
