I am so excited about having the girls home with me all summer! We have been on the go and having fun! I feel bad for my hubby though as he has to work while we get to play! We decided that we would surprise him with lunch one day at his office!
We know that he loves BJ’s, so we tried out their new mobile app that allowed us to order (on the app with Dine in Order Ahead) and then Mobile Pay. Pick up was so simple. We pulled right up and they brought it out to us!
Here is how the process works for ordering via your mobile device.
- Download BJ’s Mobile app (it’s free!) iPhone or Android
- Open the app and click on “Order Ahead”
- Next click on Dine in Order Ahead, Take Out, or Curbside (I wanted to take out, so I clicked on that option!)
- Choose your date/time, and hit “Let’s Eat”
- Now choose your favorites (and don’t forget to look at the lunch specials!) and add to cart.
- Hit checkout and it will generate an order number.
Don’t miss out on deals by clicking on “lunch specials!”
To use Mobile Pay, just wait for your order to pop up on the app under the mobile pay tab, add your credit card. Select the amount of money that you want to tip and tap “pay now!) It’s really that simple.
Once I got there to pick up my order, I called the phone number on the sign marked for pick up and they brought it right out to me. It was so simple and they were so quick.
You can also opt to Dine In Order Ahead on the mobile app. This is awesome because you won’t have to wait for your food when you get there! Waiting with kids is the hardest part! Paying on the app makes it super easy as well!
Now the hardest part… the 10 mile drive to my hubbys office! The food smelled sooo good and I wanted to eat it RIGHT THEN! So beware, you will want to dig in quickly!
It was worth the wait though, hubby was very surprised and the girls loved having lunch with Daddy! Success!
