COCONUT MACAROONS 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut 1/3 cup sugar 2 egg whites 2 Tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/8 teaspoon salt Combine ingredients. Stir well. Drop by level teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes until barely golden at edges. Cool on wire racks. Yields 1 dozen.
