Summer is officially here for our household. This means the sun is shining and the kids want to be OUTSIDE! I love playing outside with them and the mere thought of being inside cooking making me cringe. My hubby, however, is still working normal hours and wants to come home to a yummy hot meal! Thanks to STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen meals…I am no able to provide him with a yummy Steak Fajita meal that is ready in less then 10 minutes! (We’ve been eating out so much these past few weeks because of Softball games/tournaments and hubby is sick of salads. He still wants healthy…so this is an awesome option!)

While at Walmart picking up a few after workout snacks, I took a quick stroll down the frozen isle…and look what I found! There are several options! This is great news for our family as we truly do need yummy, quick meals some nights.

My hubby really loves protein…specifically meat! These meals have REAL meat in them! We tried the STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen Steak Fajita meal and hubby was pleasantly surprised at how much meat was included. This is a meal that I would love as well…and as a female I don’t “crave” meat. The amount of protein is really enticing because I know my body needs more!  I am heading out of town later this week and hubby has requested that I buy a few of these for his meals. He is good friends with the microwave and loves that these don’t require a lot of prep!

Trying to eat better on the go? Try this! Yummy! #FlavorYourSummer #Ad

I made this fun Instagram video and wanted to issue you a challenge! Next time you are at Walmart, buy a few of these meals for dinner! Use the 7 minutes of cook time to get in a little extra workout. While they are in the microwave for the first 6 minutes, do the following exercises:

Minute 1 – Push ups
Minute 2 – Sit ups
Minute 3 – Squats
Minute 4 – Lift light weights
Minute 5 – Crunches
Minute 6 – lunges

You will then need to peel back the plastic and stir the meal before putting it in for one last minute. While it’s in for that one last minute, plank! Challenge yourself to go the whole 60 seconds!

Even frozen this looks fab! Love the real veggies and fresh ingredients!
