I participated in a Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for First Response. I received product samples as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation. #IC #Ad
I loved being pregnant…everything about it…well almost everything. We had quite the journey to get pregnant and that part I didn’t like. When you are trying to get pregnant (or even if you aren’t!) you want to know right away. Knowing with 99% accuracy is really important. With First Response you can tell 6 days sooner then your missed period.
When I was going thru infertility I remember wanting to know right away if my treatments worked and if I was pregnant. I didn’t want to wait. Pregnancy tests were pretty basic back then and I never felt confident that I was using them correctly. It was hard to hold the stick just right to catch the correct amount of liquid to make the test run. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I would always wonder if I did it correctly and would just end up very frustrated. I would wonder if it was negative because it really was, or if it was negative because I didn’t follow the instructions correctly. I always wondered if I missed getting enough urine on the stick…or at times I worried that I got way too much. I never felt confident. Another thing I hated about pregnancy tests 5-10 years ago was having to take them first thing in the morning. Of course when I would think about it and want to test would be midday. To go buy a test and then wait until the following morning was pure torture. I wouldn’t sleep at night with anticipation of how the test would turn out the next day. First Response can be done ANY time of the day. That’s HUGE!
I had four positive pregnancy tests. I did invitro with my firstborn and there was two weeks between embryo transfer and when they wanted to do a blood test. TWO WEEKS! I was so impatient and couldn’t wait. I remember taking a First Response test a few days before I was due to go get my blood test. It was POSTIVE. I couldn’t believe it. It sure put a pep in my step the next few days and I was happy to give blood and hear those three words from my doctor, “You are Pregnant!”
First Response has listened to all of your concerns and has created a very easy to use at home pregnancy test. Their newest design includes a large, curved handle, easy thumb grip, wide absorbent tip with an easy-read result window. They also have an overcap. I love that you only need to hold this test in your urine stream for 5 seconds. Super quick and easy.
