Do you ever find that you get in a rut with your workouts and clean eating? I get bored and need change. I don’t always know where to go for fresh ideas and inspiration, and usually go on a hunt around the internet. This leads to me feeling overwhelmed and I give up. Very frustrating.
I was recently introduced to Healthy Living Made Simple Magazine at Sam’s Club and it’s exactly what I was looking for! In the current edition, I love the article about running.
As a busy family of 5, involved in multiple sports, we shop at Sam’s to keep stocked on our favorite brands! Sam’s Club has a brand called Member’s Mark that is top notch. There is no need to buy higher prices for things you love, when the quality of Member’s Mark is so awesome! Two things I ALWAYS buy at Sam’s is bottled water, and strawberries. You get so much for so little! We love to have these two things on hand for our busy weekends. At less then $3.50 for 40 bottles, we can stay hydrated while on the run.
One of the easiest workouts that you can do at home doesn’t require fancy equipment. It’s great for strengthening your core, arms and over all body. You can challenge yourself to go longer for a harder workout.
Besides staying hydrated, the next best tip I can give you is to wear comfortable clothes while working out. I found these adorable pants (pictured above!) and workout top at Sam’s. They have great prices and it’s always fun to get new workout gear! (I reward myself with new workout clothes every 10 lbs I lose!)
