This is by far my favorite smoothie to drink! In fact, I drink this one a few times a week! To make this energizing tripe berry blast smoothies you will need:
- Strawberrys (I use Frozen)
- Almond Milk
- Greek Yogurt
- Triple Berry blend (I use frozen berries)
- spinach
Blend spinach and almond milk, then add berries and yogurt and blend until smooth. I like to add Chia seeds as well. YUMMY The Ninja makes this super smooth!
