Recipe: Stuffed Bell Peppers #velveetarotel

Here is a YUMMY recipe sure to impress your family! This is the first time I have tried it with VELVEETA® and RO*TEL® and I will NEVER make it without them again!

WHAT YOU NEED

1/4 lb VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL®

1 lb hamburger meat, cooked

1 cup rice, cooked

4 bell peppers (any color)

Preheat oven to 350, then cut the top off of the Bell Pepper and clean out the seeds. Cook the ground hamburger meat and rice separately, then when fully cooked combine, adding two spoonfuls of strained RO*TEL®

Fill Bell Pepper up half way with hamburger/rice mixture, then add sliced VELVEETA® on top. Add another spoonful of RO*TEL®, then top with more of the hamburger/rice mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the Bell Pepper is softened. The VELVEETA® is so creamy and melts thru out the stuffed pepper and the RO*TEL® gives it the added flavor. This is truly one of my families favorite meals! Next time, I might pop it in the crockpot for 4 hours on low and see how it turns out!
