EASY FUDGE
1 10 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Combine marshmallow cream, sugar, milk, butter, & salt in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat. Stir constantly to avoid scorching. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Immediately pour into a foil-lined or slightly buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours)
