You are going to love todays cookie recipe! If you have 10 minutes and the right ingredients, then you have time to make these! I can tell you that they are so yummy and all you need is a pot to cook them in and wax paper to cool them on!NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix sugar and cocoa well. Add milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to full boil – then boil one minute longer. Add peanut butter and vanilla; stir until well blended. Mix oats and nuts in large bowl. Pour hot chocolate mixture over oats/nuts. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to cool and harden. Yields about 20 cookies.
