Welcome, those who are visiting for the first time! Yesterday I was in San Antonio completing in the HEB/Conagra Meal Maker Challenge Cook off. Thank you everyone who voted for me! You truly gave me the opportunity to complete in this final challenge! Here are the quick and easy recipes that I made:
Breakfast Wrap
Egg beaters
HEB Frozen Fajita veggies
Colby/Jack Cheese cubes
HEB 10 inch Tortillias
Sausage Crumbles
Instructions:
Saute Veggies in butter, then add sausage crumbles. Set aside! Cook Egg Beaters, and mix in cheese cubes. Roll up in Tortillas and enjoy!
Sandwich Braid
Hebrew National Franks
Microwavable Precooked Bacon
Honey Mustard
Swiss Cheese slices
Rolled Pizza Dough (in the refrigerated section)
Roll out Pizza dough. Cut Hebrew National Franks length wise and wrap each in bacon. Lay in center of dough. Drizzle honey mustard over the top and top with Swiss cheese. Cut small slits in the sides of dough and tie each to the opposite side creating a braided look. Bake as directed.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Puff
3/4 cup Peter Pan Peanut Butter
Puff pastry (pre portioned)
1 cup HEB Brand Whipped cream cheese
2 TBS Honey
1 Hershey bar
1/2 cup Powdered sugar (for cream)
1/3 cup powdered sugar (for drizzle)
Milk
PAM Cooking Spray or Parchment Paper
Chocolate
