We were given a week of camp in exchange for our honest review. All opinions are mine and are honest.
This was Nathan’s second year to attend Challenger International Soccer Camp and again, he loved it. Next year he will get to attend the longer camp as he will be school aged. The hour each morning flew by so quickly.
If you have a little (or big) soccer fan, make sure to enroll early! (April, I believe!) After registering, you will be given a code that you can pass on to friends. If they sign up, you will get some money back on your registration. (Easy Savings!!) That’s an awesome way to get a discount…but it’s not the only way! I you want BIG savings on camp, you can host a camp coach at your home during the week. If you choose to do this, you will get $80 off of registration. That’s a HUGE savings.
The coaches are international students… from all over the world. Nathan loved working on soccer skills thru fun play. The games created were designed to work on a specific skill… if your kiddo isn’t really into soccer, they will quickly engage in a game of “protect the castle” or one of the other engaging games. Nathan couldn’t get enough of it!
We weren’t worried about Covid one bit and this camp helped us feel a sense of normal again. They checked temps as we arrived but since the camp was outside (and kicking soccer balls) there wasn’t really up close contact. I also loved the location this year…because there were bathrooms! Haha!
This is a camp Nathan looks forward to each summer as they have fun camp (soccer) shirts and he gets a new ball! Don’t miss out on this!
