When my girls were little I learned about a fun gift that I could prepare for their senior year of high school. I knew I wanted to do it, so when each of my kids started Kindergarten I bought them a copy of Oh, the Place’s You’ll Go! and have had their teachers sign them each year. I always wait until Dr. Seuss Birthday and send them to the front office with a note for the teacher. It has worked out great each year… until this one. When we left for Spring Break, we had NO clue the students wouldn’t return again this school year. I emailed each of their teachers and have asked them to send a note via email that I will print and put in their books. I thought it would be fun to include a poem to go with it… here is what I came up with!
