I had no clue that Mario Lopez had his own underwear line…until last week! Target sells it! I must say that I was a little disappointed that HE is not featured on the package in them! 🙂 (I was/am a huge Saved by The Bell fan!) I actually interviewed Mario a few months back in conjunction with a Pampers event he was doing. He is such a nice guy! I love that he is now a dad and getting to experience life in a whole new way! (Makes him more human in my eyes!) #MaLoUnderwear is a quality brand.
So those deep dimples where not featured either…but I still bought my hubby a pack of the briefs to try. I went to Target and once I was in the men’s section…I felt overwhelmed by the choices. They are all fairly similar in price. (Which, wow…have they gone up in the last few months or what?) Mario’s line, called MaLo. So trying to decide what size to buy my hubby was a bit tricky as he wears 34-36 in pants, but the underwear was sized different. A Medium is 32-34 and a large is 36-38. I went with medium…and I’m hoping that they fit.
I love that the MaLo brand has very trendy designs on them, and are not plain. They are also shorter on the leg then other brands…which I think would look nice. The MaLo line also includes a few choices for under shirts as well. My hubby didn’t like the V-neck or the “muscle” shirt, so we passed on those, but they look to be great quality. The other option for briefs is the “tighty whitey” style.
My hubby goes thru underwear so quickly. I’m always pulled a pair out of the drying and kindly depositing them into the trashcan. He won’t throw them away, but they just do not hold up well. This is where I am hoping that MaLo will help! The #MaLoUnderwear must shorter then his normal brand (see below). Also here is my hubby’s thoughts on the underwear: “I felt that they were a little shorter then I am used to with “boxer brief” type underwear. I will not buy this brand again as I just did not feel comfortable in them.”
