I need fast and easy recipes. I must admit that I am definitely not one to cook a big elaborate meal. I’m a simple woman who really just doesn’t like all of the mess that making a huge meal brings! (Hubby doesn’t like to clean up my mess either!) So with that being said, I need to make meals that don’t require a million steps or ingredients!
With school back in session and the kids needing to be to bed by 8, I am looking for quick and simple meals. As I walk thru Sam’s Club I am always looking for snack and lunch box items and lately have been trying to think of quick and easy dinner ideas as well.
I was excited to try a very simple Quick ‘N’ Easy Chicken Parmesan recipe! It only required 5 ingredients and took less then 20 minutes! Best of all…I only used 4 pans!
Here is the recipe:
6 Tyson Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Tenders
1 1/2 cups Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
3/4 cup mozzerella cheese, shredded
6 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb Daily Chef Spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 cup Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
*I added italian spices to give it a little more flare for my familys liking!
1. Prepare the chicken in oven according to package directions
2. Top each chicken tender with 1/4 cup heated tomato sauce, 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese and 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese.
3. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted
4. Serve over cooked and sauced pasta

Buying these ingredients at Sam’s at great prices leaves me options for taking meals to friend when they have a baby, or just stocking the pantry for a quick meal next week! Love it!
