Pumpkin Cheesecake Puff Pastry

Pumpkin Cheesecake Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1/2 Can Solid Pack Pumpkin
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Container of Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix Cream Cheese, sugar, Pumpkin Pie spice, and pumpkin until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Set aside.
  2. Using your favorite cookie cutter, cut puff pastry and put on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake as directed on the box, let cool.
  3. Pull apart the puff pasty and put in 1 TSP of Pumpkin Cheese filling, top of puff pastry and a dollop of whipped cream.
  4. Enjoy!
