I am not sure what happened to me, but all of a sudden I am in LOVE with Garlic! I want to add it to everything!   1. Ingredients (for 2):

    250 g Ricotta

    1 egg yolk (M-L)

    1/4-1/2 tsp fine sea salt

    30 g Parmigiano (or Pecorino), freshly grated

    50-75 g all-purpose flour, extra for dusting the dough/board

    serve with tomato sauce or any kind of pesto

    2 eggs, a little salt, 1 cup flour, a little bit of fresh garlic, and a little parmesean fresh cheese. Mix good on counter (making well with flour and adding ingredients in center). I use a pasta machine…love it~ I serve with my favorite pasta sauce which I add a pound of hmaburg, 1/2 cup brown sugar, onions and peppers, garlic and olive oil. I also make fresh crosants to go with it as well. Yummy!

  3. Fettucine with Alfredo Sauce
    Alfredo Sauce
    1 stick of butter
    1 pint of heavy whipping cream
    parmesean cheese (amount depends on your taste but I usually use a half to a cup)
    Saute your fresh garlic in butter , add your whipping cream and cheese. Watch closly, stirring , will scorch easily.
    Pour over your cooked noodles. I add steamed vegetables to the pasta and grilled chicken for an entire meal. Simple, Quick and tastes great.

  5. I’ve never made my own pasta, but my hubby makes really good egg noodles when he makes an effort to do it! I like gnocci with pesto sauce.

    I always make simple dishes for my son and I. I usually just make stuffed shells with pasta sauce and lots of cheese!

  7. My mom makes this easy peasy pasta salad in the summer:

    3/4 box rainbow rotini
    1 packet dry ranch
    1/2 can Rotel
    1/4 to 1/2 bottle zesty italian dressing (pour a bit of the oil out before shaking up the bottle)

    Cook pasta, drain and run cold water over it. Add ingredients and stir! If the pasta seems a bit dry, just add more italian dressing.
